What a fantastic heater i had bought two for my conservatory but found that one was more then enough, i am now stuck with another heater but its so great i dont want to return it, im sure it will come handy some where else.

I ordered this heater and was looking forward to receiving this however when it arrived, the cellotape applied to seal the box worried me as this is usually a sign the box has been opened and resealed. To my disappointment there were numerous cosmetic minor damaging accross the body of the heater. The item clearly looks as if it has been used and then re packaged and shipped out to me. Judging by the other reviews I have read in which people have complained of similar used heaters leads me to believe this is not an isolated incident but endemic with Amazon. I have requested a return and a replacement but wont be too surprised if the same thing happens again.

I had some trouble getting the order processed, then ordered from another supplier who stated they delivered this but clearly did not. I then ordered it from amazon direct and had no problems. It heats my large attic room up in an hour and setting the timer in the evening is a pain as once you turn the heater off you then have to reset the timer. Very cosy and apart from the occassional click there is no noise that would be of a noticeable disturbance. Wish I could afford one for the study and would not hesitate to buy another one.

Very pleased with the product. Heat output is very good, and is easily set with the finger touch setting display.Would highly recommend this product.

This is the second one I have purchased and it is excellent. There is no noise as mentioned in a previous reviews but what clarified this for me is that someone had bought 2, one made a noise one didn’t, so I knew a noisy one is a faulty one and would have to send it back.
I have been lucky, both are excellent. Warming up the big room I have and a smaller but very cold room which has 3 outside walls.
Economy: generally saying that a 2kw item will use up 2kw of power an hour – subject to how well your room/home is insulated (ie you could have thermostate set to 35* but if the outside door is open the radiator will be working full out for the whole time, compared to a closed door and the radiator will then just maintain the 35*) I think its brilliant.
Check with your energy supplier how much you are charge per kw and you will have a least an idea of what the cost is.
For quick room heat with the timer – luxury! warm when you wake up, warm when you come home – its excellent.
I went for 2 radiators through amazon which had a damaged box. the 2nd radiator had one wheel broken, I havn’t looked into returning it as I don’t move the radiator and guess it was part of why its discounted. First one perfect. I am happy.
