We purchased this cookbook along with a pasta machine ready to make our own pasta.
One chapter deals with how to make different pastas, including chocolate pasta! We can’t wait to try some of them particularly the spinach one, and has also given us ideas on how to expand the recipes to make different pasta recipes. It also details how to make the different types of pasta.
The rest of the book deals with recipes involving pasta, including warm and salad pasta recipes. Most of the recipes look great and have given us lots of great ideas. Can’t wait to try them, especially the dessert pasta recipes using chocolate pasta. For the price I think this is a great value book and gives lots of advice and recipes for homemade pasta.

I havent made pasta from scratch before so i ordered this book with my pasta machine. I wouldnt say im a particularly good cook but even on first attempt it was absolutely delicous!(if i do say so myself! My girlfriend agreed)
Book includes different types of pastas how to make the different coloured pastas and also how to make desserts with pasta! Also covers the different types of ingredients that go well with pasta. Has classic recipes as well as lots of other pasta dishes. Lists the nutritional information for each recipe as well which is very helpful
Looking forward to making more fresh pasta!

I bought this for my son to go with the Imperia Pasta Factory Set. He has made many of the recipes which he and his flat mates say are delicious.
